A battery replacement will set you back by Rs 2,440, while the motherboard of the Galaxy S25 Ultra will start at Rs 37,150 for the 256 GB variant. The 512 GB and 1 TB variants are priced at Rs 40,610 and Rs 46,060, respectively.

In comparison, the screen replacement for the iPhone 16 Pro Max is priced at Rs 37,900, over three times the price for the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Screen replacement for even the iPhone 16 will cost Rs 25,500, more than twice of what Samsung charges for the Galaxy S25 series.

For the Galaxy S25 Plus, the replacement screen is priced at Rs 8,400, while the frame costs Rs 3,460, and the back panel Rs 2,560. The 256 GB and 512 GB motherboards of the Galaxy S25 Plus are priced at Rs 28,630 and Rs 31,970, respectively. The battery of the Galaxy S25 Plus will cost Rs 2,410.

For the Galaxy S25, the screen replacement will cost Rs 6,150, Rs 3,610 for the frame, and Rs 2,610 for the rear panel. The 128 GB motherboard of the Galaxy S25 costs Rs 27,380, while the 256 GB and 512 GB variants are priced at Rs 28,240 and Rs 29,760, respectively. The battery replacement will cost Rs 2,470, which, despite having a lesser capacity, is more expensive than the battery for the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Do note that these are just the prices of the components, and Samsung will levy additional tax, labour, and other consumables, which could increase the total repair cost by 10 to 20 per cent.
