Galaxy Unpacked 2025: Samsung Galaxy S25 series arriving on January 22 | Technology News


On Tuesday, Samsung confirmed that its next Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on January 22 in San Jose, where the company will unveil its next-generation flagship smartphone series — the Galaxy S25. The event will be live-streamed on YouTube and samsung.com at 11:30 PM IST.

In addition to the Galaxy S25 series of smartphones, Samsung will also unveil One UI 7 and has teased “a new chapter in mobile AI — premium Galaxy innovations that bring seamless convenience into every moment of your life,” hinting at the introduction of new Galaxy AI experiences.

With just 15 days left until the next Galaxy Unpacked, Samsung has enabled an option to pre-reserve the Galaxy S25 series for Rs 1,999.

Customers who pre-reserve will receive benefits worth up to Rs 5,000, the option to upgrade to the latest model at the best value, and the ability to purchase special variants of these devices on day one.

At Galaxy Unpacked 2025, Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. These will be the first smartphones from Samsung to ship with Android 15-based One UI 7 and are anticipated to offer an entirely new set of Galaxy AI experiences. The series is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset.

Additionally, the company is expected to introduce new Galaxy accessories, such as the Galaxy Ring 2, along with other exciting additions.
